1. How should I clean my stamper, scraper and image plates?
The stamper, scraper and plates should be cleaned after every use with nail polish remover that contains acetone and does not contain any oils and moisturisers. The oil can create a protective film over the silicone head of the stamp that will not allow the nail varnish to be picked up. Nail polish remover pads, of any brand, contain oils and moisturisers so be cautious when using these products as the next time you apply any nail polish to your nail or stamp it from the board it may ruin the design.
Ensure that you put a good amount of nail polish remover on the boards and image plates to make certain that the entire product has been removed as any residue will affect the performance of the item.
For a better result use normal sticky tape on the silicon head of the stamper as this removes all the dust and oily residues.
2. My image plates/board is scratched
Any scratches on the plates and boards will not affect the design unless the scratches are as deep as the design on the plates. If that’s the case, contact us directly at cs@omgmarketing.com and a member of our Customer Service Team will be glad to help you.
1. My stamper leaves markings
It may be that the stamper is too rough and its advised that you buff it gently using a buffer in order to pick up the designs. Also take in consideration that the MoYou nail polishes dry fairly quickly and to obtain maximum results the steps should be done as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, when stamping, roll the stamper over your nail just once from one side to the other. There are demonstrations on the stamping method available here and YouTube under MoYou Nails.
Take note that this applies to all the stampers except the clear stamper. For this particular stamper, clean it using a nail polish remover that does not contain any oils and moisturisers and when drying, and tap dry it as drying with towels and tissues will contaminate the item. 2. My top coat is ruining my nail image
When applying the top coat, make sure to only apply one coat from nail cuticle to nail end and to not apply more than one coat or go over the design again. Moreover, ensure that you apply enough product as applying too little will ruin the design.
Take note that some brands of polishes, including top coats, contain acetone which will remove the design. You can notice this if your polish it too runny. To resolve this, open the polish lid-don’t completely unscrew the polish- and leave it to air out for approximately a half hour so that it can thicken up. This method will allow your top coat to not ruin the design.
MoYou Nail polishes do not contain acetone. Please do not apply this method to our products.
3. My rhinestones aren’t sticking properly/ is ruining the rest of my designs
When applying any rhinestones, ensure that the rest of the nail art is dry. Apply the rhinestone using the steps below:

4. There are bumps on my scraper
If there are bumps on the outside of your scraper simply get nail polish remover and a cotton pad and rub it down until the bump has disappeared. If the bump is on the inside of your scraper, then contact us at cs@omgmarketing.com and we will issue you a replacement.
5. My scraper isn’t working
It may be that you applied too much force when scraping. The harder you scrape, the more product you scrape off so we advise that you scrape gently and quickly at an angle, any angle, in any direction that isn’t towards you. We also advise that you always scrape with the MoYou logo facing you as this is the side that picks up the product as you’re scraping and this is why you do not scrape towards you as this will smudge the design. The smaller and more detail the design has, the gentler you scrape. The rest of the process should be done similar to the other designs.

When stamping, roll the stamper from one side of the board/plate to another in a fast motion, applying a small amount of force. With the small designs, roll it more gently to ensure that the stamper picks up the design.
Do not stamp the board/plates as this will method will not pick up any designs.
Only apply pressure when applying the design on the nail as this will ensure that the transfer is successful. Do not roll the stamper over the nail again as this will transfer the design back onto the stamper.
Also take in consideration that the MoYou nail polishes dry fairly quickly and to obtain maximum results the stamping should be done as quickly as possible.
